“At 12:32 [09:32 GMT] the hearth was absolutely extinguished,” the emergencies ministry stated in a press release on messaging app Telegram.
The ministry stated earlier that “greater than 120 folks had been rescued from the burning constructing”.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated two folks required medical assist and one in all them was handled on the spot.
